Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CSA — Climate Smart Agriculture (hereinafter “CSA”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit the website and submit a request for advice or a quotation — in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. Data we collect

  • Information you enter in the form: full name, company name, phone number, email (optional), toll manufacturing needs, products of interest and notes.
  • Technical information: IP address and the page from which you submitted the form — used only to prevent spam and to know which page the request came from.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

2. Purposes of use

  • Contacting you with advice, and sending quotations, samples and technical documents as you request.
  • Preparing the contract and toll manufacturing documents once both parties agree to cooperate.
  • After-sales customer care relating to the products you have ordered for toll manufacturing.

Data is not used for any other purpose without your new consent.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process data only when you tick the consent box in the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as set out in section 8; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

4. Data sharing

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your data with third parties.
  • Only CSA's sales and technical teams can view quotation request information.
  • Data is stored on the server infrastructure of cloud service providers (database, website hosting, internal notification channels). Some of these servers are located abroad; the providers only store the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Disclosure to competent state authorities where required by law.

5. Retention period

Quotation request data is kept for up to 24 months from the most recent contact, or until you request deletion. Data linked to signed contracts is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

6. Data protection

The website connection is encrypted with HTTPS. The database applies role-based access control — visitors can only submit requests and cannot read other people's data. Administrator accounts are restricted to responsible staff.

7. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about data processing and give or withhold consent;
  • Access your data, and request its correction or a copy of it;
  • Withdraw consent, and request deletion or restriction of data processing;
  • Object to data processing, lodge complaints and claim compensation as provided by law.

We respond to requests within 72 working hours.
